. AV - ELUL 5779 AUGUST 2019 71 1. In a food processor, process watermelon, lime juice, and ½ cup sugar until smooth. 2. Use a pitcher to carefully pour the watermelon mixture into ice pop molds [or plastic cups] - filling it only ¾ full. 3. Place a few chocolate chips inside each popsicle mold and use a popsicle stick to spread them evenly inside to resemble watermelon pits. 4. Place the popsicle sticks in the center of the molds and freeze for at least 3 hours. 5. In the processor, place ¾ cup coconut milk and vanilla extract and process for a few seconds. 6. Using a spoon, place a thin layer of the coconut milk mixture on top of the frozen watermelon mixture and freeze for another 3 hours. 7. In the processor, place kiwi, 1 tbsp sugar, and ¼ cup coconut milk. 8. Using a spoon, place a thin layer of the kiwi mixture on top of the frozen coconut mixture and freeze for another 3 hours. 9. Use warm water to submerge the molds and slide the popsicles out easily. DIRECTIONS:
