Follow SY Varsity on instagram @syvarsity AND YDE ADVANCE TO 2ND ROUND Finishing the season with an unblemished record Flatbush JV continued their success in the playoffs by beating Rambam in the first round. In a similar fashion, Flatbush Var- sity clinched a playoff spot with a nail-biting come-from-behind win over local rival Magen David, 60-58. The first round of the playoffs saw the same matchup, with Flatbush facing Magen David. Once again, Flatbush came out on top, by a mere 2 points, with a final score of 50-48. The YDE teams also saw tremendous success with both Varsity and JR. Varsity teams making it to the playoffs and winning in the first round. In a double header that entertained some 100 plus spectators, YDE JV de- feated HAFTR by 9 hard-won points and YDE Varsity continued the exciting success, coming away with a 7-point victory.
