Top squads like North Shore and HAFTR have already clinched their playoff berths. Meanwhile Flatbush, Ma- gen David, and YDE are still fighting for chance to play in the post-season and on January 6 th division rivals Ma- gen David and YDE, will face off, with the winner taking an important step closer to the playoffs. In the Junior Varsity circuit, Flatbush is undefeated thus far, and looking to make a serious run for the championship. YDE has also shown playoff promise with top performances from team leaders Morris Ba- sul and Moshe Nahum. Deeper in the Central division standings, Magen David and Shaare Torah are likely to be vying for a coveted playoff spot when they face off against each other on February 6 th .
