For example, if you own your home, rent it for the year instead of selling it. Speak to your employers about options for returning to work after a year’s leave, or continuing to work from overseas. If applicable, speak to your children’s schools about your plans of moving temporarily and ask them how to keep your children academically on par so that they can reintegrate easily the following year, should you decide to return. Whatever the decision, endeavor to make it together. Just as you have a responsibility to your husband, so too he has an obligation to lookout for your happiness and wellbeing.
