Torah Riddle, Rhyme & Reason Riddle: If one eats meat and then the first night of the nine days begins, he cannot eat dairy (because he must wait six hours after eating meat) and he also cannot eat meat, because eating meat is forbidden during the nine days! Rhyme: On the fourth day, Hashem put the sun and moon in place. Initially, they were the same size. But the moon com- plained, “It’s impossible for two kings to share one crown!” Hashem therefore made the moon smaller! (Since the moon accepted the pun- ishment Hashem added the stars to enhance the moon’s light at night- time.)
