Tori Wigs was founded with the premise that shopping for a wig should not be stressful. To accomplish this, most of the hundreds of 100% European hair wigs in the store have already been washed, cut and styled, and can be tried on in a relaxing, no-pressure environment. Tovi and Rivi offer friendly, educated advice when asked, but never hover and never push a sale. Their philosophy is that it is better to lose a sale than to have a customer come back with "shaitel regret." In fact, they offer to style the wigs on a customer for no charge. Trying on various styles, even with no intention to buy, is encouraged. This way, the customer can try many different looks until the best one for her particular features and fashion style is found. Custom orders are accepted with NO upcharge. The customer leaves a minimal deposit and Tori Wigs' unusual policy is that if the wig does not come in to the customer's satisfaction, the customer does not have to take the wig and the deposit can be applied to any other wig in the store at any time!
